At BIG BLACK CARS we do understand that sometimes your best laid plans can change for many reasons, and we will of course always make every possible effort to accommodate our clients' changing requirements or schedules.
In all cases you must advise us in writing by email or letter as soon as you are aware that there may be an issue. We can then advise you on re-scheduling your booking and try to minimise any unnecessary charges and costs to best effect.
We hope that at the same time you are able to understand that as a business we need to schedule in our bookings ahead and that cancellations close to the date of booking can also affect our business and it is with that in mind that we have established the following Cancellation Policy -
If a booking is cancelled or amended/rescheduled within 3 days of the requested pick up time then we reserve the right to make a charge of up to 50% of the fare for the journey.
If a booking is cancelled or amended/rescheduled within 24 hours of the requested pick up time then we reserve the right to make a charge of up to 100% of the fare for the journey.
Full journey fare will always be charged if for any reason the passenger(s) do not show up at the time and collection point agreed on the booking form, so please make your driver aware of any delays or issues you are facing to enable us to minimise any cancellation or other additional charges that may be applied.
